Step 2: Track Directly with the Carrier

If you prefer to track your order manually or can't find your confirmation email, you can visit your carrier's website directly:

Simply enter your tracking number on the carrier's website to see real-time updates about your package location and estimated delivery date.

Expected Delivery Timeframes

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here are our typical delivery windows:

United States: 7-14 business days from ship date
International Orders: 15-30 business days from ship date

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather delays. We appreciate your patience as your package makes its way to you.

Tracking Not Updating?

Don't worry if your tracking information hasn't updated in a few days – this is completely normal! Here's what you should know:

If your tracking hasn't shown movement for 5+ days, this could mean:

  • Your package is in transit between facilities (common for international shipping)
  • The carrier hasn't scanned your package at certain checkpoints
  • Your package is in customs processing (for international orders)

In most cases, packages are still moving toward you even when tracking seems static. We recommend waiting a few more days before taking further action, as tracking often updates in batches.
