Your specific shipping origin will depend on product availability and your delivery address. We automatically select the closest warehouse to your location to minimize transit time and provide you with the best possible shipping experience.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days for most smart home electronics, depending on your location and the specific product ordered. Express shipping options are available for select items and can reduce delivery time to 3-7 business days. Please note that processing time of 1-2 business days is required before shipment. Holiday seasons and customs processing may cause slight delays for international orders.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package's progress. You can also track your order by logging into your Lureviko account and visiting the "My Orders" section. Simply enter your tracking number on the carrier's website or use our order lookup tool on the website if you checked out as a guest.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Order modifications or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it hasn't entered the fulfillment process. To request changes, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes, but you may be eligible for our return policy upon delivery of your smart home devices.
What is your return/refund policy?
Lureviko offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most smart home electronics in original, unopened condition with all accessories and packaging included. To initiate a return, contact our support team for a return authorization number. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your smart home device arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll immediately arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. In cases of shipping damage, we work directly with carriers to resolve the issue quickly. Always inspect your package upon delivery and note any visible damage with the delivery carrier.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, Lureviko accepts exchanges for different models or colors within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. The original item must be in new, unopened condition with all original packaging and accessories. To request an exchange, contact our customer support team with your order number and desired replacement item. Please note that you'll be responsible for return shipping costs, and we'll cover shipping for the replacement item.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to appear in the system after your order ships. During peak seasons, customs processing, or when packages are in transit between facilities, tracking updates may be delayed. This is normal and doesn't indicate a problem with your shipment. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, please contact our customer support team, and we'll investigate the status of your smart home electronics order with the carrier.
